- All returns have to be shipped back to us, or returned in store within 14 days of delivery. This applies to full priced and sale items.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included.
- Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.
- When shipping, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
- Returns must be sent back using our pre-paid return slip that comes with the order.
- We will refund your return within 14 days of its arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order.
- We don’t accept returns or claims of Totême items bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
Due to some process updates at our warehouse, we have put some carefully considered, temporary solutions in place to facilitate the returns process for you. This means we are currently providing return labels via email. If you have registered a return, our client experience team will reach out with your return form once your request has been approved. This may cause slight delays in the process – we hope for your understanding.
