Register you return here.
- All returns have to be shipped back to us, or returned in store within 14 days of delivery. This applies to full priced and sale items.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included.
- Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.
- When shipping, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
- Returns must be sent back using our complimentary pre-paid return slip that comes with the order. If you choose to use another shipping provider, you will have to cover the return shipping cost yourself.
- We will refund your return within 14 days of its arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
- We don’t accept returns or claims of Totême items bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
